Visual Information Systems Strategy Consultant

The role of the VIS & BI Strategy Practitioner is to develop a comprehensive vision for Visual Information Systems and Business Intelligence. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to assess opportunities, crafting business cases, and formulating strategies that align with industry standards.

A typical day for this practitioner will involve guiding clients through the adoption of these systems, ensuring that the measures and metrics are relevant to their specific functions. They will also work on creating a roadmap that outlines the steps necessary for successful implementation and value measurement of VIS/BI initiatives.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of VIS/BI strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of VIS/BI advancements.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis, proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and a strong understanding of business intelligence frameworks and methodologies. A 15 years full time education is required. The position is based at our Hyderabad office and offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge VIS/BI projects.
