Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and optimize our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.

This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, as well as advanced proficiency with Terraform and Ansible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Streamline deployment processes and improve delivery times by setting up and managing Jenkins pipelines, integrating them with GitHub for efficient source code management.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Configure and manage infrastructure and applications using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins. Leverage Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and management as Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee daily management and maintenance of cloud infrastructure primarily on platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS. Continuously monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Tool and Technology Implementation: Lead the setup of new Ansible and Jenkins infrastructures, develop and manage Ansible playbooks for configuration management, utilize containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
  • Incident Management and Escalation: Serve as the highest point of escalation for critical incidents, providing expert-level support to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Level 3 DevOps Operations Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and related troubleshooting.
  • Advanced proficiency with Terraform, including cloud resource deployment and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management, including writing and managing playbooks.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, with specific expertise in Google Cloud, GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience deploying infrastructure like VMs, disks, instance groups, load balancers, and storage buckets.
  • Proficiency in containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
