  • Communicate regularly with US clients; share updates, new products
  • Track shipments & generate GIT (Goods in Transit) reports
  • Support process improvements and customer complaint resolution

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Experience working in night shifts and with US clients
  • Background in manufacturing exports to USA
  • Knowledge of logistics, container loading, export documents
  • Proficiency in customer service and supply chain coordination
