Job Title: IT National Head

At r3 Consultant, we are seeking an experienced IT National Head to lead our technology team and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, providing vision and leadership for the development and implementation of IT initiatives.
  • Ai Initiatives: Identify and prioritize AI initiatives that drive value and innovation, collaborating with executive leadership to integrate AI strategies into the broader IT and business strategy.
  • Ai Technology Management: Oversee the evaluation, selection, and deployment of AI technologies and tools, managing AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, machine learning platforms, and computing resources.
Technology Management:
  • Oversee the management and operation of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers, ensuring that all technology systems are functioning optimally.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment, and developing and implementing professional development plans for team members.
Project Management:
  • Oversee IT project and AI-related projects from inception through deployment and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with other IT and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
Data Management and Analytics:
  • Develop strategies for data collection, storage, and management to support AI initiatives, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of AI solutions and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage data security and disaster recovery plans.
Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential IT risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that IT systems are resilient and can recover quickly from disruptions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure AI solutions address business challenges.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts and project statuses to non-technical stakeholders.
Innovation and Research:
  • Stay current with AI trends, technologies, and best practices, evaluating emerging AI technologies and recommending adoption where appropriate.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation within the AI team.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Proven experience (typically 12 years) in IT or a related field with a strong focus on AI technologies and applications.
  • Experience in a leadership role managing AI teams and projects.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of AI methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
