Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in implementing continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence, and developing strategic programs to support the company's vision.

You will:

  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging teams to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Analyze complex business problems, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate program progress, ensure alignment, and build strong relationships.
  • Lead by example, mentoring others on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a continuous improvement context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders and large groups.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles, tools, and methodologies.
