Insurance Policy Manager

As an Insurance Policy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing employee data and ensuring the seamless operation of various insurance policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.

This position involves managing and maintaining accurate employee data for clients, overseeing Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies). You will also coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Additionally, you should have proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with insurance policy management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain accurate employee data for clients.
  2. Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
  3. Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
  4. Build and maintain professional relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  5. Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and client executives.
  6. Support client executives with data management for policy renewals.
  7. Effectively manage data on internal enrollment portals.
  8. Provide assistance and resolve client queries through ticketing tools.
  9. Conduct periodic data reconciliation and submit report to client.
  10. Coordinate with TPAs for E-cards, DNF claims and no claim confirmation for deletion endorsement processing.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
