Sales Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a driven Sales Conversion Specialist to join our team at Deeceeline. As a Sales Conversion Specialist, you will be responsible for leading calling and sales conversion efforts to explain our online courses and convince potential students to enroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Calling & Sales Conversion: Call potential students and leads to explain our online courses and convince them to enroll.
- Follow-ups & Retargeting: Consistently follow up on warm leads, handle objections, and convert them into paid users.
- Inbound Call Handling: Ensure all incoming calls are answered and converted into sales with proper guidance.
- Chat & Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads from WhatsApp, social media, and website chats and maximize conversion.
- CRM & Data Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Target Achievement: Work with a performance-driven mindset to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and conversion records for regular reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales & lead conversion, preferably in an EdTech firm.
- Prior experience in handling inbound & outbound calls for student enrollments.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
- Strong communication & persuasion skills in Hindi & English.
- Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and close sales effectively.
- A self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a hunger for incentives.
