You will play a pivotal role in building engaging and immersive learning experiences, communications, marketing, and other assets that drive behavior change across the organization.

You will be responsible for developing multimedia content for learning & development programs and creating learning assets using various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop course or marketing assets using various tools and technologies based on the course and design requirements.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets, including videos, using best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.
  • Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations.
  • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, and marketing / communications colleagues throughout all phases of project development.

Graphic & Video Development Expertise & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar.
  • Experience with motion graphics film/video production house, agency or in-house environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience and Bachelor of Arts – in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or equivalent field, or a related field.
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
  • Knowledge of software / application / web development trends, graphic & video trends, regulations, and best practices are a plus.
