As a Visual Experience Creator, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through clear, intentional, and well-designed visuals. This role involves applying design principles across various projects, recognizing the impact of GenAI on creative processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate concepts into compelling visuals that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all outputs.
  • Create motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Integrate AI as an assistant in creating engaging content.
  • Design templates and reusable assets for scalability and efficiency.
  • Craft visuals for events and print materials, from trade show booths to offline experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, social media, advertising, and collateral.
  • Work with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.
  • Develop case studies showcasing product and engineering work.
  • Embrace GenAI to enhance speed, clarity, and creativity without replacing human craft.
Requirements:
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
  • Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics.
  • A portfolio demonstrating range and adaptability in design projects.
  • Ability to distill complex briefs into actionable designs.
  • Baseline understanding of UI/UX principles, open to learning and collaboration.
  • Experience creating concise, engaging content under tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to understanding target audiences, contexts, and business goals.
