Job Opportunity: UI & Graphic Designer

We're seeking a creative professional with 3-6 years of experience to develop impactful website designs and high-performing social media ads.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver visually compelling, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and supports our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visual content such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Own the design and user experience of our eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects our brand's aesthetics and meets marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies while conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed.
  • Continuously improve skills and workflows by staying updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
