Job Opportunity: Flow-through Taxation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flow-through Taxation Specialist to provide tax compliance and consulting services to diverse clients in the Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, and Private Equity space.

This role involves managing multiple engagements, delivering high-quality products timely and efficiently, working with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability, supervising tax associates' assignments, and developing and motivating tax associates by providing counseling, leadership, and career guidance.

  • 5 years of experience in public accounting in Tax
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Extensive experience with flow-through taxation
  • Preferred industry experience in Financial Services, Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Wine Industry
