Key Responsibilities:

• Implement process optimization strategies to improve yield and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ph.D./M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Process Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process research & development within the life sciences industry.
• Hands-on experience with synthetic route design, scale-up strategies, and process optimization.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in process research and development.
