To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety or ME in Industrial Safety Engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing lean principles and process improvements in an operational environment.
- Experience managing multiple direct reports and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders.
