Clinical Data Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in defining project specifications for data management services.

  • Protocol conversion, database build, CRF design, and data review and reconciliation tools are just some of the areas where your expertise will shine.
  • You will understand external data collection, its integration into clinical trials, and the management and reconciliation processes required to ensure accuracy and relevance.

To accelerate time to achieve subject data cleanliness, you will execute data cleaning strategies and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. You will perform holistic data review and trending analysis via reporting and analytics to proactively identify issues, risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), you will enhance the efficiency and quality of trial data by detecting anomalies and outliers. You will monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable recommendations to study leads/project managers.

You will define specifications and collaborate with technical teams on configuring centralized data management platforms. You will prepare and maintain data management documentation and update throughout the trial lifecycle.

Additionally, you will review and ensure the quality control of team-developed deliverables, covering eCRFs, study documents, program/report specifications, outputs, and analytics modules. You will actively evaluate and contribute to enhance processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration and teamwork are essential in this role, ensuring deliverables are completed on time with high quality. You will also ensure compliance with industry quality standards, regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
