Global Learning Experience Designers

 

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our curated bench of Learning and Development specialists. Our goal is to deliver multiple inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs.

 

Preferred specialists will be independent consultants or boutique firms with expertise in various Learning and Development functions. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering learning experiences and training events that meet measurable outcomes, collaborating with global stakeholders across time zones and languages, building scalable templates and processes for content creation and technology integration, ensuring accessibility, quality, and evidence-based evaluation.

 

Requirements include a minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable L&D experience, a strong portfolio or case studies showcasing relevant skills and certifications, proven remote collaboration and clear communication, and on-time delivery. Bonus points for multilingual delivery, regulated sectors, or large-scale rollouts.

 

  • Instructional Designers: Course design, accessibility, and localization. Desired certifications: CPLP/APTD/CELP/ATD.
  • Project Managers: Multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and risk management.
  • eLearning Developers – Articulate Storyline: SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions, and responsive UI.
  • HTML5 Learning Developers: Responsive UI, JS/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1.
  • Learning Technologists: AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms, and X2O/OneRoom.
  • Simulation Design & Delivery: ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace, and scenario creation.
  • Serious Games Designers & Devs: Blend pedagogy and game mechanics for meaningful learning experiences.
  • Data & Evaluation Analysts: Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo, and feedback frameworks.
  • Accessibility & QA: WCAG 2.1, ISO/IEC, content, navigation, multimedia checks.
  • Event & Cohort Operations (Training): Global training logistics and run-of-show.
  • Webinar Producers & Facilitators (Training): Platform setup, speaker operations, and engagement.
  • Cultural SMEs & D&I (L&D): Inclusive content, imagery, and delivery standards for diverse audiences.
