Job Title: EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to fill the role of EBS Finance Functional Consultant. This is a critical position that requires expertise in Oracle EBS Financial modules, specifically AR and GL.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional configuration, support, and expertise, as well as excellent communication skills to work closely with onshore/offshore teams, business teams, end-users, and third-party vendors.

  • Mandatory Skills: Oracle R12 EBS Financials Functional, O2C (Majorly AR)
  • Experience in Oracle EBS Financial modules AR, GL, and basic OM
  • Functional Configuration, Support, and SME Expertise
  • Complete all functional testing and UAT signoffs
  • Take full responsibility for assigned enhancements and communicate recent updates
  • Thorough in all setups in EBS Finance Modules
  • Follow up with product vendors on raised product bugs and resolve them effectively
  • Handle customers at a satisfactory level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement financial solutions using Oracle EBS Financial modules
  • Configure and maintain financial systems and processes
  • Provide expert-level support to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financial modules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
