Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled consultants to join our Infor LN ERP Consulting Team. This client-facing role will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into end products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with decision-makers and key users to gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality.
  • Develop deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and devise methods to implement them using the ERP application.
  • Conduct functional assessments at client sites within manufacturing, distribution, and planning areas.
  • Configure and test ERP to perform specific functionality that satisfies business requirements.
  • Assist with full-site implementations and upgrades, including pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules, and governance procedures.
  • Troubleshoot ERP anomalies and process issues.
  • Maintain documentation relative to ERP implementation or upgrade.
  • Interact with business users for training, problem-solving, and automation of business processes.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current processes and procedures.
  • Liaise between client and developers to define custom programming needs.
  • Meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Support sales opportunities and resolve client issues affecting the business relationship.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting ERP applications. Experience in implementing and supporting Infor LN ERP in manufacturing, distribution, or planning environments is strongly preferred.
  • Well-versed with Infor LN 10.7 On-prem or Cloud Edition modules, particularly Supply Chain (PUR, SLS, WH, and CI).
  • Familiarity with tp-Project module and Product Configurator is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain modules (Purchase, Sales, Central invoicing) is also beneficial.
  • Strong functional knowledge in your area of expertise, along with business experience in the same domain, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating Functional Specifications, creating and executing test cases.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; equivalent experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Factory Supervision is considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
