Job Title: Antimicrobial Expert

This position plays a vital part in substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects. As a key member of our R&D Microbiology team, you will provide microbiological support for the development of new products across categories.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of subject matter and strong communication skills to join our team.

• Support New Product Development teams in substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of prototype formulations and finished products.
• Collaborate with external laboratories to ensure timely delivery of results.

• Prior experience in FMCG or cleaning and hygiene product manufacturing with hands-on experience in conducting antimicrobial performance evaluations.
• Proficiency in global standards like EN, ASTM, and ISO, preferably EN1276, EN1650, and EN13697.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvement.
