Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creative vision to life and collaborate with our team of experts in copywriting, art direction, video editing, and strategy.

Your main goal will be to develop engaging visual narratives that meet brand strategies and marketing goals. You will work closely with the team to deliver compelling motion designs assets including 2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, and more.

You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques. Your ability to optimize motion assets for different digital platforms will also be key to this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication, organization, and time management skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver compelling visual narratives.
  • Develop motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.).
  • Work with brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding.
  • Optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
