About Leap

We are a leading multi-chain wallet with over 1 million installs across its extension, mobile, and web products.

Our products include MetaMask Snap for Cosmos, Compass Wallet for Sei, and Elements SDK. We have established strong product-market fit across multiple verticals.

About the Project

We are now building a new 0-1 stablecoin payments initiative focused on APAC, where we have a strong foothold.

The successful candidate will work directly with our founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth. This role combines strategy, execution, and force-multiplier capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as our founder's right hand on critical strategic and operational projects.
  • Run growth experiments across multiple APAC geographies to test adoption pathways.
  • Own cross-functional projects, ensuring execution speed and clarity.
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery.

You Are The Right Fit If:

  • You have 3–6 years of experience in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles.
  • You're a strong generalist with bias to action; you thrive in ambiguity.
  • You can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Exposure to fintech/crypto is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • You're a natural communicator and relationship-builder.
