Electrician Designer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill an Electrical Design Engineer position.

The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience in electrical design, with expertise in EPLAN software. They will be responsible for controls conceptualization, bill of materials (BOM) selection, reviews, and team management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Selecting key components such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, sensors, switchgears, and relays
• Familiarity with fieldbus protocols like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, serial communication schematic diagrams, signal line diagrams, and terminal detail generation
• Basic understanding of human safety devices such as light curtains, area scanners, and gate switches
• Team management and leadership responsibilities
• Project involvement in conveyor systems, robot cells, and specialized production machinery
• Evaluation and review of electrical drawings
• Preparation of make and architecture lists
• Functional analysis and risk assessment preparation
• Design review and critical bought-out (CBO) listing and release
