Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Systems Analyst with exceptional expertise in gathering requirements, designing user interfaces, and developing comprehensive testing plans for enterprise resource planning (ERP) web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and experience in creating prompts for large language models.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gathering Requirements:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
    • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
    • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
    • Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • User Interface Design:
    • Create wireframes and mockups using design software like Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
    • Ensure designs align with user experience principles and stakeholder expectations.
  • Testing Plan Development:
    • Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance, including AI components.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.
  • Agile Methodology:
    • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate with personnel based in the United States, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
    • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
    • Demonstrated experience in creating user interfaces and testing plans for ERP applications.
  • Ai Expertise:
    • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
    • Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch/Figma.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
    • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
    • Developer background.
    • Cursory knowledge of SQL.
  • Agile Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are advantageous.
    • Ability to lead scrum meetings is advantageous.
  • Communication:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience collaborating with international teams, specifically US-based personnel.
    • Availability to work during US East Coast daytime hours.
