Artificial Intelligence Engineering Leader

We are seeking an expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to lead the development of innovative AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines using cutting-edge technologies like Google Cloud and Generative AI.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems for applications such as summarization, intelligent agents, and content generation.
  • Implement MLOps pipelines for automating model deployment, monitoring, and retraining in production.
  • Leverage GCP services like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions for managing large-scale data and deployments.
  • Optimize models for scalability, cost, and performance in real-world use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI is essential.
  • Proven work in Generative AI/LLMs, code generation, content creation, intelligent agents, or RAG is required.
  • Solid background in MLOps, including Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD, and monitoring.
  • Expertise in Python plus at least one other language like Java, Go, C/C++, R, or SQL.
  • Practical experience deploying tested ML modules with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
