Job Title: Senior Health, Safety and Environment Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety and environmental management, with expertise in implementing best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures;
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE compliance and regulatory requirements are met;
  • Provide training and support to employees on HSE best practices;
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions;
  • Develop and maintain HSE metrics and reporting dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from a recognized university;
  • Internationally recognized HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH, iDipOSH, iDipNEBOSH, etc.;
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in HSE roles, including at least 5 years in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industries;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE programs and policies.
