**Automotive Electronics Leadership Role:**

The Automotive Embedded Hardware Director will oversee the technical delivery of automotive electronics hardware for global vehicle OEMs, encompassing Instrument clusters, In-vehicle Infotainment, Camera, Information displays, and cockpit electronics controllers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage electrical hardware design tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Review customer specifications to guarantee alignment with requirements.
  • Develop and design Automotive Products using Microprocessors, SOC's, High-speed memory, LVDS, FPD Link-III circuitry, and high-speed designs for automotive applications.
  • Create and maintain schematic and assembly drawings, ensuring release within the change management structure.
  • Design and develop Microprocessor and DSP Digital Core, Audio, Camera, and video signals, analog, and digital control logic, linear, and switching power supplies for automotive applications.
  • Perform worst-case analysis and simulations to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Support product design reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate electrical information for ECAD for PCB layout and support ECAD designers.
  • Collaborate on hardware prototype build and testing.
  • Create product verification plans and perform testing to validate product functionality.
  • Support EMC and validation testing to ensure product reliability.
  • Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to resolve test failure issues.
  • Present product design, analysis, and testing results to customers.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters.
