Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in HR. He/She should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruiting and hiring of new employees
• Employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Benefits administration, including health insurance and Provident Fund
• Compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR records
