Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

They will participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and presentations to prospective clients.

  • 10+ Years of Experience
  • Possess deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, as well as Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Good knowledge in CoPilot and AI related initiatives
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
  • Global experience and working in diversified environments

  • Well-versed and experienced in 3-4 implementation projects from scratch
