Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with expertise in product development.

This position offers the chance to enhance your backend development skills while gaining insight into how product decisions are made.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to build integrations, debug live issues, read API documentation, and contribute to our system infrastructure.

  • Develop clean, efficient Java code and create scalable backend components
  • Analyze external API documentation to help build new integrations
  • Resolve production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools
  • Participate in on-call debugging sessions with customers to resolve real-time issues
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks
  • Take part in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning
  • Build and maintain robust APIs to support integrations
  • Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • 1-2 years of backend development experience in Java
  • Ability to read and interpret API documentation
  • Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the future
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally
