Are you a mentor who naturally guides others? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a career mentor working full-time in a remote setup.

We have 20 open positions available. The ideal candidate will be someone who can provide guidance, encouragement, and a confidence boost to help individuals achieve their goals.

The right candidate should be able to connect with people, inspire them, and make a positive impact on their lives. A certification in career coaching is not necessary, but prior knowledge of mentorship, teaching, coaching, or customer care is an added advantage.

  • You communicate with clarity and are naturally motivating.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 1 year of work experience, graduate from any discipline, good English communication skills.
  • Preferable: Knowledge of AI tools application.
