**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Digital Payments team at Amazon India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a focus on driving innovation and process improvement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance the Pay on Delivery (POD) experience for millions of customers across India.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and execute data-driven programs to optimize POD offerings across different customer segments
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce cost-to-serve while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement machine learning solutions for POD optimization
- Create and present business proposals to stakeholders, including quarterly business reviews and project updates
- Analyze customer behavior patterns and transaction data to identify opportunities for experience enhancement
- Drive process improvements to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality
- Coordinate with technology teams to implement system enhancements for better customer experience
