Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of our cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise cloud infrastructure and experience working with Azure environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing cloud infrastructure systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure environments.
  • Knowledge of storage accounts, CDNs, static website hosting, networking, firewalls, private endpoints, private links, versioning, tables, page, append, blobs, file shares.
  • Azure virtual desktop and hostpool management.
  • System administration for Azure and Linux.
  • PowerShell scripting, Azure CLI, Kusto Query Language.
  • Azure server management and domain controller management.
  • Azure VM management with insights, serial console, RUN, change tracking, extension management, diagnostic settings, and deep troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Availability scale sets, availability sets, availability zones.
  • Secret, certificate, and key vault management.
  • Entra Active Directory and Entra Domain Services integration.
  • Azure AD Connect servers and functionality management (Sync users).
  • Disaster recovery, replication, failover, failback, RPO, RTO.
  • Backup and restoration & reporting for the same and troubleshooting for the failures.
  • Deep understanding of networking, UDR, NSG, policies I/O, NIC, public IP, static IP, dynamic IP, BGP, accelerated networking.
  • Hands-on experience with S2S, P2S, App Gateway, Traffic Manager, WAF, Express Route, DDoS protection.
  • Skills and strategies on cost management and optimization at every level.
  • Intune and Update Manager for patching.
  • Sentinel, Azure Defender, Log Analytics Workspace, Logic Apps, Web Services, and App Services usage.
  • Reservations and vulnerability management and mitigation.
  • Kubernetes and image version control as added advantages.
  • Reporting and PPT creation for leadership representation.
  • Knowledge of AWS as an added advantage.
