About the Role

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL programming language.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Expertise in Oracle Demantra Demand Management (DM) & Real-Time Sales and Operations Planning (RTS&OP).
  • Domain Expertise:
    • Familiarity with manufacturing/supply chain industry.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
    • Able to work effectively as a team player.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical/Functional Skills:
    • At least 2 end-to-end implementations experience.
    • Demonstrable experience in Purchasing/ASCP/Planning modules.
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
