We are seeking a skilled Collection Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a working knowledge of computer systems.

The Collection Process Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. A strong understanding of the collection process and its various components is essential for success in this role.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and possess basic computer skills. Experience with CRM software and a strong ability to multitask are also highly desirable.
