Job Description:

As a senior client servicing professional, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

  • Quality Assurance
    • Perform quality checks on social media posts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Time Management and Scheduling
    • Assist managers in prioritizing tasks and maintaining project timelines and schedules.

  • Research and Development
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative marketing strategies.
    • Conduct competitive and industry analysis to inform marketing decisions.

  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Ensure timely collection of data and inputs from functional teams for report creation.
    • Assist in creating reports for social media and brand performance.
  • Vendor Management
    • Invoice and follow-up on payments with vendors.
