Job Title: Creative Visual Arts Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life with creativity, craft, and care. Someone who can balance imagination with execution, and who gets excited about design that doesn't just look good but feels good.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital-first design work. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, and other design tools. Additionally, they should have experience with video editing using After Effects and image editing using Illustrator & Photoshop.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualise and design engaging visual assets across digital and print formats (social media, websites, decks, campaigns, branding).
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to execution.
  • Translate brand guidelines into consistent, premium, and innovative visual outputs.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality while adapting designs to client feedback.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Requirements:
  • 1.5–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Must know video editing with After Effects, Image editing with Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital-first design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, and other design tools.
  • Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

This is an opportunity to join our team as a Creative Visual Arts Specialist where you'll be responsible for designing engaging visual assets across digital and print formats. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to execution.

Your main responsibilities will include conceptualising and designing visual assets, translating brand guidelines into consistent and innovative visual outputs, and working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.

If you have 1.5–3 years of professional graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, this role could be perfect for you.
