Marketing Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to create brand awareness and drive quality traffic to our website.
  • Establish and track marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Experiment with various organic & paid acquisition channels - content creation & curation, search, social media, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Liaison with creative agency to produce engaging content for the website and landing pages.
  • Analyse market trends, demographics, competitor products & pricing, and other relevant information to formulate marketing strategies.
  • Track all marketing data, create detailed reports, and weekly presentations.
  • Coordinate with PR teams to develop integrated communication strategies that align with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with social media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimize social media campaigns.
  • Apply performance marketing fundamentals to improve marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified Marketing Manager with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Full-time MBA from a recognized university specializing in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a marketing agency or with a brand in a performance marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience working in a complex/matrix organizational structure is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.
