Telecommunications Liaison

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position where you will engage with customers via phone, follow a simple script, and help them schedule informational calls with our advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer.
• Introduce our service and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Follow a step-by-step script to guide conversations.
• Track call results and update statuses in our CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach goals with support from your team lead.
• Join virtual team meetings and coaching sessions.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to stay positive on calls.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote tools.
• Stable internet connection, electricity, and access to a computer.
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or similar roles is a plus – but not required.
