Occupational Therapists play a pivotal role in promoting independence and improving functional skills in children with developmental challenges.

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team, who can assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to enhance the quality of life for children and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating children's abilities through comprehensive assessments, clinical observations, and parent/caregiver interviews.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and child/family goals.
  • Providing direct occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities, sensory integration techniques, and adaptive equipment training.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.
  • Preparing reports for parents, physicians, and other professionals as needed.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India.
  • Experience working with children with developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.
  • Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and treatment techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
