Job Title: Data Migration Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Expert to join our team. As a key member of our data operations department, you'll play a vital role in streamlining data migration processes from legacy systems to our cutting-edge platform.

About the Role:
  • You'll design and manage complex data migrations using AI-powered tools, ensuring seamless data transformations.
  • You'll develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently transform large datasets.
  • You'll build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) to optimize data transformation and modeling.
  • You'll own the end-to-end data migration process, including data injection into production environments and customer success support.
  • You'll establish clear documentation for pipeline management and data handling.
Requirements:
  • Experience with customer and internal data migrations (>20 customers)
  • Technical skills in AI coding assistants, dbt, AWS, Redshift, and SQL
  • Ability to work independently and prefer fewer meetings
