Lead Treasurer

As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our finance and accounting department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cash receipts and payments, revenue recognition and accounting, general ledger maintenance, payroll and utilities management, expense planning, and budget preparation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring financial data, producing timely and accurate financial reports and statements, and performing treasury operations with precision and attention to detail. You will also be expected to establish and enforce proper expense policies and principles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, you will coordinate annual audits, maintain fiscal files and records, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately documented and recorded.

• 5+ years' experience as an accounting manager, supervisor, controller, or treasury manager
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• In-depth knowledge of payment operations and digital payment processing
• Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance
• Ability to manage relationships internally and externally
• Willingness to work in an early-stage company
• Financial services / payments industry background preferred
