We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Co-Founder in shaping the future of urban mobility. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the company's strategy, operations, and market entry plans.

Our vision is to bring affordable, efficient, and stylish electric scooters to the Indian market, operating on an OEM model. We procure high-quality EV scooters, rebrand them under our banner, and offer them with value-added features and services.

As a Co-Founder, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for the Delhi launch, building OEM/vendor partnerships, leading sales, marketing, and operations across offline and digital channels, representing the brand, managing legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects related to EV sales, and setting up and growing a team aligned with our vision and culture.

To succeed in this role, you should have entrepreneurial drive with prior startup or leadership experience, preferably in the EV or mobility sector. You should also understand the Indian mobility and automotive landscape, be able to hustle, adapt, and execute in a dynamic startup environment, and be willing to take equity over salary at the initial stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the Delhi launch
  • Build OEM/vendor partnerships and oversee sourcing and rebranding logistics
  • Lead sales, marketing, and operations across offline and digital channels
  • Represent the brand and build early investor or partnership interest
  • Manage legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects related to EV sales
  • Set up and grow a team aligned with Amizo's vision and culture
Requirements:
  • Entrepreneurial drive with prior startup or leadership experience (EV or mobility sector is a bonus)
  • Understanding of the Indian mobility and automotive landscape
  • Able to hustle, adapt, and execute in a dynamic startup environment
  • Willing to take equity over salary (at the initial stage)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and business development skills
