Future-Focused AI Engineering Role

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), Node.js or NestJS, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong knowledge of modular development, scalable systems, secure coding practices, and Docker is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine AI models using efficient, production-ready code.
  • Assess model performance through rigorous testing and ranking of outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with SFT and RLHF datasets for optimal results.
  • Drive quality by conducting thorough code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Invent new strategies to improve AI's usability, safety, and alignment with real-world needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of programming principles, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing, test-driven development, and QA methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas and technical concepts.
