Seeking an experienced full-stack developer to lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable web applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions while also mentoring junior developers and driving architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Frontend Development
  1. Architect, develop, and maintain advanced user interfaces using modern component libraries (e.g., MUI, Tailwind).
  2. Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
  3. Integrate frontend with backend services via REST/GraphQL APIs.
  4. Implement state management effectively.
  • Backend Development
  1. Build RESTful and asynchronous APIs using Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django).
  2. Design and maintain scalable server-side architecture and microservices.
  3. Work with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  4. Develop and implement authentication/authorization protocols.
  5. Manage background tasks and asynchronous workflows.
  • DevOps & Architecture
  1. Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and define coding standards.
  2. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
  3. Implement containerization and orchestrate services.
  4. Ensure application security, performance tuning, and API monitoring/logging.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership
  1. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to align technical and business goals.
  2. Mentor junior developers and lead by example in writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  3. Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment and support.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of full stack development experience.
  • Expert proficiency in multiple programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and software development lifecycle.
  • Proficient in working with Git, Docker, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, REST/GraphQL, and Cloud Services.
  • Experience in developing scalable microservices and handling high traffic systems.
  • Solid understanding of testing frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with SSR or Server-Side Rendering.
  • Background in machine learning or data engineering using Python.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Experience with real-time communication.
