Veterinary Surgeon

Join our team at Youth Organization in Defence of Animals (YODA) as a Senior Veterinary Surgeon and make a positive impact on the animal community.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining animal health by diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries, restoring animal health through surgical or medical treatment, and promoting health through advice and education.

• Maintain animal health by diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries.
• Restore animal health through surgical or medical treatment.
• Promote health through advice and education.
• Enhance NGO reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

• Education: B.V.Sc (mandatory), M.Sc/M.V.Sc/PhD (preferable).
• License to practice surgery.
• Experience: 2+ years experience in surgeries.
• Must be enthusiastic to work in a charitable organisation.
• Must have commitment to help injured animals and save critically ill ones with best of effort.
• Must work collaboratively with shelter staff and assistants to deliver best-in-class medical care for the animals.
