Job Title: Senior Lead IT Infrastructure

The IT Infrastructure & Operations Senior Lead is responsible for overseeing the strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of IT Services, Infrastructure & Operations, Service Desk, ServiceNow platform, and other ICT services.
  • Develop and execute IT infrastructure objectives in alignment with corporate and regional IT strategies to support business operations.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure processes, standards, and policies to meet organizational needs and compliance requirements.
Role Expectations:
  • Plan and manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
  • Oversee network, data center, and cloud operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, vendor management, service desk operations, and corporate audit standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), network & data center infrastructure, service desk operations, and security compliance.
