Automation Systems Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Trainer to deliver hands-on and theoretical training on automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of industry expertise in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, automotive, and multi-industry environments.

  • Develop and Deliver Comprehensive Training Programs: Create and deliver extensive training programs on industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance for professionals across multiple industries.
  • Automation Systems Expertise: Provide in-depth instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems with expertise in Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Train on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines.
  • 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP: Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems while ensuring data integrity and adherence to GxP requirements.
