Job Title: Expedited Steel Fabrication Supervisor

    We seek an experienced supervisor to oversee the execution of complex steel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management, with experience in overseeing site operations and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, including detailed timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any challenges that may arise.
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in a field such as engineering or construction management.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and their implementation.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work under tight deadlines.
