HRSD Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow HRSD professional to join our organization.

• This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Servicenow ITSM & platform specialist to contribute their skills and expertise to drive business success.
• The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of scripting and Service Catalogs, with a minimum of two years of experience in Servicenow ITSM & platform.
• A strong understanding of HR Profiles, Case management, HR Tasks, Record producers, Knowledge Management, and Onboarding Life cycle is also essential.
• Certifications - HRSD Certified (Mandatory) CSA, CAD (Good to have)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customizing and configuring the HRSD module to meet business requirements
2. Developing and implementing scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency
3. Providing technical support and training to end-users
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems

Requirements:

• A minimum of four to six years of experience in Servicenow ITSM & platform
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
