Airflow Administrator

Job Summary:

Rigel Networks is seeking an experienced Airflow Administrator to join our team. As an Airflow Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex data pipelines using Apache Airflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data pipelines using Apache Airflow
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract data from diverse sources, transform, and load it into data warehouse systems or other systems
• Administer databases in Azure, AWS cloud platform, and experience in security aspects
• Experience in IT Regulatory Validation process
• Ability to grasp new concepts/technology quickly and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

• 8+ years working experience in Information Technology supporting Business Intelligence, Warehouse, and Analytics systems
• Strong knowledge in Airflow Admin
• Proficiency in data analytics tools like Airflow and technologies including open-source like Docker, k8s, and container-based microservices
• Experience in Postgres, Mongo & RabbitMQ databases
• Experience in DevOps methodologies and integrate with Gitlab/GitHub for CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency using SQL, PL/SQL scripting, and PowerShell scripting
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Specialized certifications are an added advantage
