Compliance Specialist

This role involves handling diverse accounting, tax, and advisory services.

Scope of Work:

  1. Review and analysis of financial data, generation of reports for inventory, cash flows, monthly/quarterly profitability statements, etc.
  2. Preparation of annual financial statements for individuals/firms and reconciliation with banks, GST records, etc.
  3. Preparation of annual financial statements for companies as per Companies Act requirements, coordination with auditors, and ensuring the completion of audit.
  4. Coordination with banks and management of payments/receipts in various entities.
  5. Compliances management including TDS, GST, Income Tax Returns, and Secretarial compliances.
  6. Advising clients on tax issues, conducting financial due diligence, and preparing responses to assessment notices.

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar profile.

Skill Set Required:

  1. Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
  2. Strong accounting knowledge and analysis skills.
  3. Good communication and presentation skills.
  4. Experienced hand with MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
  5. Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and Computax (or other accounting / tax software).
